Profile Blades:
	Profile blades act as both a cutting blade just below the surface and a leveling blade. 100% of the profile of the infield skin is consistently leveled and loosened on every pass. This eliminates ridging that causes an erratic playing surface known to cause injuries. 100% smooth playing surface; guaranteed! Another amazing benefit of these blades is the ability to slice the root systems of weeds and grass to completely eliminate this growth from infields.
Electric Actuator:
	This industrial grade actuator has a mammoth lift capacity. This actuator lifts the Infield Rascal for transport and lowers to adjust the amount of pressure the profile blades or rippers and rake have on the ground. Includes all hardware needed to attach to a 12v battery. (hook up to the vehicle battery requires hard wiring by a qualified professional)
Drag Mat: (Optional)
	The heavy duty commercial grade drag mat mounts behind the Infield Rascal and resets the infield skin ready for play. There are no rivets to pop out and ruin the entire mat. The ends are even clinched 6 gauge steel for extreme durability.
Gauge/Transport Wheels
	These are real wheels with replaceable Volkswagen hubs, axles, and bearings so the operator can take the tool wherever work must be done. The wheels control the depth of the loosening action to create consistent level travel. They also enable easy turning and direction change and aid in the grading process by lifting the tool to drop material where the operator desires.
Pivoting Finish/Grading Rake
	The back rake serves three purposes. First, it pulverizes and breaks up clumps of material. Second, it pivots vertically to grade and move large amounts of material with ease. It even acts as a rake to pull off loose vegetation and debris. Third, the rake provides a beautiful signature finish. It is constructed of 1/2" hardened steel for long life and is replaceable in 1' sections.
Adjustable Ripping Teeth
	The ripping teeth temporarily replace the profile blades to loosen hard pan. They are adjustable from 0" - 7" to get to the bottom of the most demanding jobs. The bolt on tips are replaceable for reduced maintenance cost. The rippers also enable the Infield Rascal to be used to maintain gravel roads and parking lots and many other demanding jobs!
Drop Pin Hitch
	The Infield Rascal is equipped with a drop pin hitch for easy and fast connection to many tow vehicles. The most common vehicle used to tow an Infield Rascal is an ATV (Gator). The operator may easily add a 2" ball hitch to the bar if desired.

Performance On & Off The Field

The Infield Rascal™ is the only baseball / softball infield groomer that has the versatility to perform off the field just as well as it does on the field. On the field the Rascal can be used as needed to maintain a safe playing surface that is free from bumps, ridging, high and low spots. No need for multiple spiker drags, nail drags, leveler bars, drag mats and other tools. The Infield Rascal™ replaces them all. At times infields need major work and the Infield Rascal™ will deliver! Use it for correcting the grade for proper drainage and ball play, removing creeping grasses (at the root level), removing the edge or lip that develops on the infield/outfield border, even maintain and restore warning tracks. Off the field the Infield Rascal™ has the aggressiveness to loosen hard packed gravel lots to repair potholes and washouts. It can also penetrate the soil deep enough to prepare the ground for seeding. Another off the field strength for the Infield Rascal™ is maintaining soft surface walking paths. All this versatility means you save money by eliminating unnecessary labor, equipment and maintenance.

Weed and Grass Removal

Many companies claim their equipment removes weeds and grass. Only the Infield Rascal™ has the ability to ‘cut’ weeds and grass at the roots. Other tools use short, narrow scarifier teeth to dig out vegetation with little or no success. Because the Rascal cuts vegetation at root level, the plant is eliminated, not just covered up. The Rascal also works well at removing the edge or lip that develops on the infield/outfield border. The patented Profile Blades allow you to cut under and quickly remove the edge. On base paths that gully and wallow out, the Infield Rascal™ will cut down high spots and move the material into low spots.

Bump and Ridge Removal

The base underneath your top dressing is as important as the top finish. If you do not eliminate the bumps and ridges caused by players, improper grooming and extreme weather, you will have problems with bad hops and poor footing. While most infield groomers work from the top material down, the Infield Rascal™ works from the bottom material up. The patented Profile Blades cut off the bumps and ridges and provides you with a consistent base and surface.

Electric Grade Control

When adding top dressing or clay to your infield, the Infield Rascal™ will distribute and level your material. The pivoted Finish Rake/Comb can be set to move large amounts of infield mix or dirt. The Electric Actuator allows the operator to precisely distribute loose material. The Electric Actuator also allows the operator to quickly lift the Rascal over home plate, pitching rubbers and base pegs.

Effective Scarifying

While most baseball & softball infield grooming equipment have scarifiers only the Infield Rascal™ has scarifiers that are adjustable from 0-6 inch depths and are 1 3/8 inches wide. This allows them to easily loosen hard packed infield material. This design allows for quicker drag times and versatility. In addition, the extra weight and forward facing design of the Infield Rascal™ means that extra weight does not need to be added to the tool. The Rascal is ready for any job, any time.

Not Vehicle Dependent

Many baseball & softball infield groomers are self-contained (tricycle groomers) and others require permanent attachments to the tow vehicle. This creates mechanical, hydraulic and engine challenges. As well, use is limited to the infield. The Infield Rascal™ can be attached to any tow vehicle including ATVs, utility vehicles, and compact tractors to get the job done with no down time. Lower Maintenance Costs

The Infield Rascal™ is maintenance friendly. The scarifier tips, back finish rake and Profile Blades are replaceable.
