How do I calculate my shipping charges?

To calculate your shipping charges, for products available for purchase online, simply add the product(s) to the shopping cart and enter your zip code in the field titled “Enter Zip Code.” Then click the “Update Cart Button.” Your shipping charges will be calculated. If after you have completed this and the shipping charges are equal to $0, than your products qualify for FREE shipping. To calculate your shipping charges on products not available for purchase online, simply call 877.788.7253 (Mon. – Fri. 8am – 5pm) to receive a custom shipping quote.

Will my order be shipped to my property?

Yes… We ship directly to your property. Your order will be brought to your home or business which ever you prefer. Customer may opt for shipping terminal delivery to reduce freight costs if any.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order is the combination of two factors. The number of days before shipment and the number of days in transit. Each product page indicates the number of days before shipment. If the product page does not state availability, you must call us. If you order multiple products the order will be held until all products can be shipped together. The number of days in transit is difficult to determine exactly. Generally speaking most orders, shipped in the lower 48 US, are in transit for 2 – 6 business days. The number of days your order will take is determined by how far away from Texas the order is being shipped and other factors. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. This number may be used to determine more accurately how long your order will be in transit. If transit time is a concern for you call us at 877.788.7253. We can contact the trucking company with your relevant information and determine days in transit for your order or future order.

How do I (or would I) track my order or shipment?

Due to the size and weight of most ABI products we cannot ship via UPS Ground, FedEX Ground & USPS Ground. As a result a freight class common carrier may be used. It is important to understand that the customer is responsible to notify ABI if the shipping address provided upon checkout is NOT semi tractor trailer accessible at our Help Desk immediately after checkout. (Excludes drag mats and ATV chain harrows) Alternate arrangements may be made to deliver the product on a smaller truck or to deliver to an alternate location (at additional charge.) The customer is responsible to have a person at least 18 years of age that is authorized to inspect for damage during shipment and sign to receive the shipment that is properly skilled in using any equipment that may be required to unload the product present upon delivery. If the product is larger than the 8′ wide and 3′ deep lift gate or standard 4’x4′ pallet, additional equipment may be required to unload the product. Possible unloading equipment that could be used is a forklift, skid steer or tractor with a front end loader. The customer is further responsible to receive and/or return phone calls with the freight company to ensure a timely delivery. Please call 877.788.7253 (Mon. – Fri. 8am-5pm) if you have any question about the customers responsibility. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges to the customer.

When my order is delivered what do I need to do to unload and inspect it?

Unless otherwise notified your order will be shipped on a semi tractor trailer (truck). The customer is responsible to have a person at least 18 years of age that is authorized to inspect for damage during shipment and sign to receive the shipment. A lift gate is included unless otherwise notified. The majority of orders will be delivered to your property and lowered to the ground with a lift gate off the back of the truck. If the product is larger than the 8′ wide and 3′ deep lift gate or standard 4’x4′ pallet, additional equipment may be required and must be provided by the customer to unload the product. Possible unloading equipment that could be used is a forklift, skid steer or tractor with a front end loader. In that event, the customer must also provide an operator that is properly skilled in using any equipment that may be required to unload the product present upon delivery.

Can I schedule a delivery window for my order?

Yes… The trucking company will contact you prior to the delivery of your order to schedule a delivery window.

What shipping carriers does ABI use for shipping?

We use a number of shipping carriers throughout the country. For small package we use “United Parcel Service.” However, most of our products are too large for UPS and require either a common carrier truck or flatbed truck. For these orders we use “Yellow Roadway Company,” “ABF Freight Company,” “South East Freight Line,” “Priefert Logistics,” and more.

What taxes are applied to my order? What duties and/or taxes am I responsible for?

Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from ABI’s charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Due to some state laws ABI is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped into the following states: Indiana, Michigan & Texas. In the event that ABI does collect your states sales taxes you may no longer be required to pay your states “Use Tax” for that order on your tax returns.

Does ABI ship outside of the contiguous 48 United States?

Yes… We commonly ship all over the world. However, none of the shipping promotions or calculations on this web site apply for these orders. You must contact us at 877.788.7253 for a custom shipping quote.

What happens with my order after I checkout?

After checkout you will receive a receipt from our payment processor. If you find any errors please contact us immediately by calling 877.788.7253. Your payment is immediately processed and your order is delivered to one of our representative to ensure order accuracy. If any errors or other order issues/concerns are found ABI will contact you via the phone and/or email you provided upon checkout. Your order will not be submitted for product shipment until after all issues/concerns are resolved. If an order includes an out-of-stock item the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete. ABI will contact you via the phone and/or email you provided upon checkout if this impacts your order. Once the order is cleared for shipment you will receive an email informing you. This email will include the freight carrier that is delivering your product(s) and the shipment tracking number. The freight company will call to set the delivery appointment window the day before the product arrives. The customer is required to work with the freight company via telephone to ensure timely delivery.

Where can I buy ABI products from? Does ABI have dealers?

If you are interested in purchasing ABI products you need look no further. ABI products are only available direct from ABI. This means you will get the best deal available on ABI products by purchasing on this site or by calling 877.788.7253. We have cut out the middle man to work factory direct with our customers. This means you get a better quality product for the dollar. When you buy from ABI we will ship your products to your property, in some cases the shipping is even free!

Are all ABI products available for purchase online?

Some ABI products are available for purchase online. However some ABI products require the customer to speak with our product specialists. This one-on-one attention enables the product specialist to properly size the product to the two vehicle and ensure the equipment is equipped for the unique needs of the customer. What payment methods do you accept?

ABI accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover through PayPal or over the phone. You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase. Simply add your products to the shopping cart, enter your billing information, enter your shipping information (if different) and submit your order. Simple as that! We also do accept checks by phone at 877.788.7253.

Can I order by phone and speak with a human?

Does ABI offer C.O.D. or allow credit terms?

ABI does not offer C.O.D.. All orders must be paid in full before products leave our facilities. ABI does extend credit terms to credit worthy established corporations and municipalities only. With approved credit. At ABI’s sole discretion.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Does ABI offer financing promotions or payment plans?

Yes, on orders that include any single item that are $1,500 or more. The financing promotions change so be sure to checkout our promotional offers page link below. Financing can only be processed by calling 877.788.7253. With approved credit through Sheffield Financial.

Does ABI accept orders from Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the U.S.?

Yes, however shipping costs and offers calculated on this site are only valid in the contiguous 48 United States. Please call us at 877.788.7253 for a custom shipping quote for all shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii or international.

When is my credit/debit card charged?

Payment is processed when the order is placed. Product(s) will not ship until payment in full has been received. COD is NOT offered to anyone. 30 day terms may be extended to government agencies or established credit worthy corporations only.
