Made with hobby farmers and horse ranchers in mind, our 65ft³ compact manure spreader is ideally suited for manure operations managing up to eleven horses’ worth of manure daily.
Built with an advanced inline shredding system, this small spreader uses two beater bars fitted with shredding blades to pulverize the largest manure clumps done to fine shreds. Operators can even control the flow rate of manure to the beaters and application rate of manure spread across the ground from simple manual levers.
Powered by an advanced ground drive system, no PTO or hydraulics are needed to drive this mini manure spreader, making it faster and easier to use.

Yes. Any spreader used on pastures or paddocks requires advanced features that shred, control flow, and evenly spread on the ground. ABI spreaders do all that and more, fitting perfectly into your rotational grazing or pasture rotation routine. One of the best things you can do is spread a light shredded and pulverized manure application to “resting” pastures or paddocks. Do this early on long sunny and dry days to allow it to dry quickly. Allow the pasture area to “rest” for at least a couple of weeks before allowing livestock to graze again, reducing the possibility of parasite exposure.
The duration of time a pasture should rest after the last application depends on the local environment. Hot and moist areas and seasons should “extend” resting periods. A rotational grazing routine provides the best opportunity to spread on recently “rested” portions of pasture land. An eco-balanced pasture or paddock reduces parasites, increases vegetation growth, increases rotation rates, and reduces odor and flies around the farm. ABI’s optional “Fines” or “Pasture” pan is required. For the ultimate in paddock health, spread composted manure.

Ground driven spreaders are easy to use, work on a variety of towing vehicles, and have enhanced safety features. They’re best for small hobby farms, show stock owners, and small ranchers.
PTO driven spreaders tackle large projects. They’re harder to operate, but offer more capacity and capability for skilled operators.

Our extremely thick COR-TEN steel provides tremendous longevity without the ridiculous expense of stainless steel. So yes, our spreaders aren’t shiny like your kitchen appliances for good reason: stainless steel is not as structurally sound as COR-TEN. Keep Clumps Out of Your Pasture
Using the optional fines pan, be sure to shred every bit of manure in your compact manure spreader and prevent stray clumps from hitting the ground. Attached directly behind the spreader, the fines pan catches and brings any fallen clumps of manure back into the beaters to be finely shredded. Including a fines pan is especially useful for catching smaller litter produced by poultry. The optional pan also features a release for easy cleaning or replacement.
