ABI's gear driven extreme duty rotary tiller can take on the toughest jobs and a variety of conditions. Ideal for preparation of gardens, landscaping, seedbed preparation, pasture renovation,
orchards, vineyards, mulching-in cover crops and stubble. With 6 "L-shaped" blades on each hub, this tiller is designed for optimum performance in mixing soils. Whether preparing a seedbed, mixing in fertilizers, or tilling unwanted sod, ABI’s tiller can handle the job. With 4’, 5’, and 6’ widths available, ABI has a tiller to fit most any need. The top deck is heavy duty 7 gauge steel with reinforced bracing.
Six blades per blade bracket (Flange) rotate with even distribution resulting in more efficient digging with less vibration.
This tiller is gear driven and uses no chains. Shielded Series 5 PTO shaft with 1 3/8" spline. Adjustable skids control cutting depth while rear shield controls soil mix. This tiller is equipped with a slip clutch to protect the gear box from damage and minimize down time. The 4' unit is offset to cover the tire tracks on one side.

Quality Control System: Every employee signs their ID number to their work. If a correctable mistake is found the product is pulled off the line and taken back for correction. The employee that made the mistake is given a financial penalty and the person that found the mistake a financial reward. All this takes place before final inspection. A string of ID numbers is then placed on the final product so that if an issue is found during the products lifetime, it is easy to track back to who built the product, for corrections to be made. This ID system is equivalent to every employee, involved in building the product, signing their personal seal of approval on every product they build.
Easy 3-Point Connection:
If a 3-point attachment is not easy to connect and disconnect from a tractor, it will not be used as often. Unlike most competitors, ABI attachments are designed with ease of connection in mind.
ABI attachments are designed with strong double lower arm connection ears and a removable hitch pin. This design enables quick and easy connection without tractor adjustment. (Cat 1) Many competitors use a low cost single ear with welded on pin that requires tractor adjustment that many find to be a hassle. Look for at least two ears per lower arm connection on any attachment!
